Role Overview:
The Manager - Finance will oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial control systems at Sricity International University. The role ensures compliance with statutory norms, supports resource optimization, and provides strategic financial insights to facilitate effective decision-making for a growing academic institution.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for management review.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with departments for fund allocation, utilization, and financial planning.
- Oversee payroll, reimbursements, and vendor payments in alignment with university policies.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external agencies for financial operations and audits.
- Support the leadership team in strategic financial planning and cost optimization.
- Implement ERP-based finance systems for transparency and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 8-12 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in an educational or not-for-profit environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Skills & Attributes:
- High degree of integrity and accuracy in financial operations.
- Proficiency in ERP / Tally / SAP systems.
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
