Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Surat. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, promoting dental restoration solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves actively generating leads, conducting client visits, and providing detailed information about the companys offerings to meet sales targets. Additionally, the Field Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities and generate leads
  • Experience in sales, customer engagement, and promoting products or services
  • Knowledge or experience in the dental industry is a plus
  • Self-motivation and results-driven approach to achieve sales targets

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region, specifically Surat, for client visits
  • Proficiency in managing client interactions and maintaining professional relationships
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or another relevant field preferred
