Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Qualification: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred.
Experience

• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant, Senior Accountant, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and modeling.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and develop a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  
  
  

1 Handling Import

• Maintaining Documents & Update Folder
• Updating Import Sheets/Updating Google Drive Import Folder
• Tracking Shipment/Preparing Docs/Send to CHA
• Following up with CHA & Update Status of Shipment & Providing documents/letters as & when require
  

2 Booking of Import Bills
3 Maintaining & Filing of Import Bills & Documents
4 Export Sales

• Export Sales Invoice
• Preparing Documents
• Communicating & arranging to CHA & Logistics for pick up, docs, letters etc
  

5 Maintaining & Filing of Export Bills & Documents
6 Processing Foreign Payments
7 Booking of CHA,Logistics Bills for Import & Export
8 Preparing Incentive working and finalized for, (Monthly & Yearly)

• Biomedical Sales
• Biomedical Service Sales
• Imaging Service Sales
  

9 Statutory Payments & Review

• Professional Tax
• TDS
• TCS
  

10 Ledgers Scrutiny (Debtors& Creditors for Advances)
11 Review of Travel Expense & Payments
12 Preparing & Submitting Docs to Bank for IDPMS & EDPMS Pendency
13 Assisting in Qtr& Annual Audit
14 Salary Payable Entries,Commission Entries
15 Keeping Record of Pricing of Imports & Shared to Store
16 Preparing various reports as & when require,
e.g. Tran1, Bank Requirements,Customs Letters etc.
17 Statutory Liability V/s Payment,

18 Division wise Profitability
19 Fund Flow Statement
