Position - Program Counsellors - Senior Analyst/Associate

Business - Career Academy

Location - Bangalore Malleshwaram Branch (WORK FROM OFFICE)

INTERVIEW DATES: 14th & 15th Nov 2025

INTERVIEW TIME: 2PM - 7PM

MODE OF INTERVIEW: F2F Interviews are MANDATORY

:

*This is a front-line sales position and is responsible for direct revenue conversion .

*Providing counseling to all walk-ins viz students/ parents .

*Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates. *Assisting the prospective customers to choose the right program and helping them in the registration process. This involves follow up calls to the visited candidates

*Ensure maintaining the business targets and other front office compliance.

*Ensure that Centre targets are at a level to meet overall objectives of the organization .

*Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target.

*Involves outbound calls for support walk-in generation

Skill Required:

• 1-5 years of proven experience in Inside Sales using cold or warm leads • Ability to connect with the customer and try to offer the best solution for his career. Customer needs first!
• High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management
• Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels
• Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & face to face).
• Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers
• Strong on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
