Habsons Jobsup LTD is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter / Executive to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and effectively sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• 
  Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
