Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to join our growing architecture consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development or sales within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry, and a proven ability to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architecture and design sectors, including real estate developers, contractors, government entities, and private clients.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to strategically position the firm.

Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.

Collaborate closely with design and technical teams to understand service offerings and align client needs.

Support the development of strategic partnerships and alliances.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.

Provide feedback to management on market insights, client needs, and areas of opportunity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction sector.

Strong knowledge of the architecture and design consultancy market in the GCC or MENA region.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation and proposal development skills.

Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM systems and business development tools.

  • Valid driving license (preferred).
