About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Business Analyst to drive AI-powered automation and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying process improvement opportunities, defining automation strategies, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement intelligent solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
This role requires a blend of business analysis expertise, process transformation experience, and hands-on exposure to AI technologies and automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational challenges to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, pain points, and transformation requirements.
- Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements for AI and automation initiatives.
- Translate business needs into scalable automation solutions, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, impact assessments, and workflow redesign exercises.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, and Automation teams to deliver AI-enabled transformation programs.

- Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, automation tools, and workflow solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support the implementation of Generative AI, intelligent automation, and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, MIS reports, KPIs, and automated reporting frameworks to improve business visibility and decision-making.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Monitor solution adoption, performance metrics, and business outcomes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive change management and support user adoption of new automation and AI-enabled processes.
- Ensure project deliverables are aligned with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, or Transformation Analyst.
- Strong experience in process automation, workflow optimization, business process reengineering, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar Generative AI solutions.
- Experience working with workflow automation platforms, low-code/no-code tools, and business process automation technologies.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
- Experience in stakeholder management across business, operations, and technology teams.
- Hands-on experience creating dashboards, MIS reports, and business insights using reporting and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to independently lead automation and transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, intelligent document processing, and conversational AI solutions.
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Product-led delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Understanding of enterprise process management and operational excellence frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation and automation programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Automation, AI, or Digital Transformation will be an added advantage.
