About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants to join our Customer Transformation practice. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions by collaborating closely with clients, understanding business requirements, and translating them into scalable and effective CRM implementations.
This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, engage with senior stakeholders, and contribute to the successful delivery of customer-centric technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business needs.

- Design, configure, and implement solutions across Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Configure CRM entities, business rules, workflows, forms, dashboards, security roles, and business process flows.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful customization, integration, and deployment of CRM solutions.
- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, user stories, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Support testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and facilitate successful user adoption.
- Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Proven expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and fit-gap assessment.
- Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, customer engagement processes, and business transformation initiatives.
- Experience creating functional specifications, solution designs, process documentation, and user guides.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM security model, role-based access controls, and governance.
- Experience with integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 3-6 years of experience for Consultant-level roles.
- 6+ years of experience for Senior Consultant and Manager-level roles.
