Overview:.
The Global Operating Leader will drive end-to-end service delivery for F&A (PTP, OTC, RTR), acting as the key contact for GBS and business stakeholders.
The role ensures operational excellence, transformation, people leadership, and profitability while leveraging AI and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
- Establish governance frameworks, manage escalations, and lead steering committees.
- Oversee people leadership, staffing, engagement, diversity, and leadership pipeline.
- Drive financial performance (cost-to-serve, EBITDA, profitability).
- Embed AI, analytics, and digital transformation into operations.
- Manage contract renewals, billing, scope changes, and productivity governance.
- Collaborate with LDT, KM, Transition, ERC for transformation, training, and compliance.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, digital tools, and automation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
