Key Responsibilities:
Hire to Retire Operations:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, performance cycle support, transfers, exits, and retirements
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations with a focus on efficiency and employee experience
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards
- Maintain robust documentation, internal controls, and risk mitigation processes
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR operationsrelated matters

- Own HRMS data accuracy, integrity, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Workday (mandatory) for onboarding and core HR operations
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6-10 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services
- Mandatory experience in Workday (WD) and onboarding processes
- Prior experience in BPO / ITES / BPM / Shared Services is essential
