Job Descrip?on: Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer
Department: Quality Control and Assurance/Manufacturing
Loca?on: Ahmedabad - Pirana
Reports To: Func?on Head (Quality Control and Assurance)
Key Responsibili?es:
? Preferred experience would be working in either machining or industrial product
manufacturing companies
? Monitoring & Observe Produc?on Processes, to ensure they adhere to established standards
and iden?fy poten?al problems early on.
? Develop and Implement Quality Control Systems & Procedures for inspec?ng materials,
produc?on processes, and tes?ng of finished products
? Inspec?on and Tes?ng of Parts & Products including dimensional checks, material analysis, and
func?onal tests, to verify that parts or products meet specifica?ons and r drawing
requirements
? Data Analysis and Iden?fying Issues collect and analyze data from tes?ng and inspec?ons to
iden?fy trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
? Correc?ve Ac?ons, based on the analysis, propose and implement solu?ons to address Quality
problems and prevent recurrence.
? Work with design, produc?on, and other teams to address quality issues and implement
improvements
? Document Quality Control Ac?vi?es, maintain accurate records of inspec?ons, tests, and
correc?ve ac?ons.
? Should be versed with ISO systems & documenta?on requirements
? Good understanding of industry standards, GD&T and design standards
? Well versed with use of measuring instruments
? Use of Microso? Office tools & Presenta?on
Skills and Qualifica?ons:
Educa?onal Requirements: Diploma Mechanical
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
Trained internal auditor for ISO system
Working knowledge of ERP system would be an added advantage

A?en?on to detail and a learning a?tude.
Experience:
7 to 10 Years in the same field in an engineering company.
