About the Role

As an Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s entire IT infrastructure, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable technology systems. You will lead the IT team, manage projects, and collaborate with various departments to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and best practices.
• Lead IT projects, including software deployments, hardware upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are in place and operational.
• Oversee the IT support team, providing guidance and performance management.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand technology needs and deliver effective solutions.
  
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous operations.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as an IT Manager, IT Lead, or a similar leadership role in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of network administration, cybersecurity, and enterprise software systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
