Job Description

    Role Overview:
    At impress.ai, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager to take charge of customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for a designated group of clients. Your role will involve establishing trusted advisor relationships with enterprise clients, developing success plans, proactively reviewing client usage, managing renewals, and acting as the voice of the customer.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Establish a trusted advisor relationship with enterprise clients to ensure overall customer health.
    - Develop success plans for customers outlining critical success factors, metrics, and potential issues.
    - Proactively review client usage of the platform and engage with clients periodically.
    - Meet or exceed quarterly renewal targets by managing renewal portfolio effectively.
    - Coordinate with other Impress resources to ensure ongoing customer success.
    - Identify issues and escalate internally for prompt resolution.
    - Collect feedback from customers to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product enhancement.
    Qualifications Required:

    - More than 5 years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role with a track record of delivering multiple projects for a range of customers.
    - Highly motivated, goal-driven, outgoing, inquisitive, and customer-centric.
    - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
    - Demonstrated experience in working with enterprise clients.
    - Creative problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
