Job Description
- Role Overview:
At impress.ai, we are seeking a Senior Customer Success Associate who will play a key role in ensuring customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for a group of clients. You will be responsible for establishing trusted advisor relationships with enterprise clients, developing success plans, and proactively engaging with internal teams to drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with enterprise clients to ensure overall customer health.
- Develop success plans for customers outlining critical success factors, metrics for success, and potential issues, along with providing recommendations.
- Proactively review clients" platform usage and engage with clients periodically.
- Exceed quarterly renewal targets by managing renewal portfolio and ensuring on-time customer retention.
- Coordinate engagement of other Impress resources to ensure ongoing customer success.
- Identify issues/risks and escalate internally for prompt resolution.
- Act as the voice of the customer, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement across all areas including product.
Qualifications Required:
- More than 3 years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role or similar roles with a track record of delivering multiple projects for various customers.

- Highly motivated, goal-driven, outgoing, inquisitive, and customer-centric.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated background in working with enterprise clients.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
