Job Description
- Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design process, including conceptualization, planning, and development of projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to architectural teams, including architects, designers, and drafters, fostering collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
- Project Management: Manage architectural projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and construction techniques to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, communicating project requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation, conducting reviews and inspections to verify compliance with design standards and regulatory requirements.
- Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture, conducting research and experimentation to incorporate innovative solutions into design projects.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to integrate architectural designs with other disciplines and ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentorship and Training: Mentor junior architects and provide training and professional development opportunities to support their growth and advancement within the organization.
