Job Description

  1. Calibration & Verification: Conduct periodic calibration of instruments and maintain accuracy in measurements as per industry standards.
  2. Equipment Management: Ensure all measurement and testing equipment comply with ISO, ASTM, and other relevant industry standards.
  3. MSA & GR&R Implementation: Lead Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Gauge
  4. R&;R studies to analyze measurement variations.
  5. Free Workshop
    Documentation & Compliance: Maintain calibration records, certificates, and logs as per ISO 17025 and regulatory requirements.
  6. Third-Party Liaison: Coordinate with external calibration agencies such as UL, TUV, and NABL-accredited calibration centers.
  7. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and rectify instrument failures or inaccuracies to ensure precision in production measurements.
  8. Training & Guidance: Train and mentor production and quality teams on instrument handling, calibration procedures, and measurement best practices.
  9. Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits related to calibration and metrology processes.

    Supervise calibration and validation of all testing and measurement instruments used in module and pack production
  11. Maintain traceability of calibration records, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and industry best practices
  12. Ensure regular preventive maintenance of lab equipment like torque wrenches, voltage/current meters, thermal sensors, and pressure gauges.
  13. Work with external calibration service providers for high-precision equipment calibration.
  14. Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and quality teams to improve testing efficiency and reliability.
