About the Company :

Truva, founded in 2023 by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, is redefining India's real estate with a mission to make home buying and selling delightful and transparent
For the initial 2 years, the role will majorly focus on driving the talent agenda, which means nearly 60% would be building the Truva team with the right talent. Additionally, it will focus on building the right culture and putting a strong L&D and Talent management process in place.
Responsibilities :
- Lead our HR Team and scale Truva's awesome founding team.
- Work with the founders to help shape and nurture the company culture.
- Set up the right talent brand, culture and rituals for the company.
- Ensure retention, and productivity of best-in-industry talent at Truva.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Has 7+ years of experience in different HR functions, especially in Talent Acquisition
- Has worked with the founders
- Has led an HR function
- Experience in early to mid-stage startups or product companies
