Job Description
- Inspect parts at incoming stage and certify in SAP system
- Inspection of child part of pack on CMM, VMM, Profile projector, pull tester, hardness tester etc.
- Inspecting all child proto parts for different projects
- Inspecting the part & providing decision with in stipulated time
- Supervise calibration and validation of all testing and measurement instruments used in module and pack production.
- Ensure regular preventive maintenance of lab equipment like torque wrenches, voltage/current meters, thermal sensors, and pressure gauges.

- Ensure adherence to global standards (IEC 62619, UL 9540, UN38.3, ASTM, ISO 18279) related to ESS manufacturing.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and quality teams to improve testing efficiency and reliability.
