Role Overview:
As the Operations City Lead, you will serve as the primary architect of Inamos growth and service excellence within your assigned city. This role demands a high-impact leader who can balance strategic planning with rigorous on-ground execution to ensure seamless delivery operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, logistics, and central operations to optimize city-level P&L, drive process improvements, and maintain high service standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in scaling our footprint, managing large-scale delivery fleets, and ensuring that our operational metrics consistently meet the demands of our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end P&L for the city, ensuring sustainable growth through rigorous cost management and revenue optimization strategies.
- Lead and mentor large, diverse teams to drive high performance across delivery operations, ensuring adherence to safety, speed, and quality benchmarks.
- Design and implement scalable operational processes to enhance last-mile efficiency and reduce turnaround times in a high-volume environment.
- Analyze city-level data and market trends to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with central stakeholders to localize national strategies, ensuring they are effectively executed to meet specific city-level challenges and opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including vendors and local partners, to ensure operational continuity and service reliability.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle P&L responsibilities, with a proven track record of driving profitability in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, executable strategies for process excellence.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing large, distributed teams and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Deep understanding of logistics and last-mile delivery ecosystems, including the ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks in real-time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for navigating cross-functional collaborations and managing external partnerships.
- A minimum of 5 - 10 years of professional experience in operations, business management, or logistics, preferably within a high-growth startup or large-scale consumer platform.
- An educational background from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in business strategy and analytical problem-solving.
