Role Description

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications built on the Microsoft Azure platform using React, .NET, and MySQL. The role involves incident management, production support, troubleshooting, monitoring, deployment support, and ensuring high application availability while working closely with development, DevOps, and client teams.

Role and responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Azure-based applications.
  
• Monitor application health and proactively resolve production issues.
• Troubleshot application, API, and database-related incidents.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document resolutions.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.
• Support production deployments and post-release validation.
• Coordinate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Client teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain support documentation, shift handover reports, and knowledge base.
• Ensure adherence to SLA, incident management, and change management processes.
• Participate in on-call support during critical production incidents when required.
• Must be willing to work in the permanent night shift (10:00 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST).
• Availability during planned production releases and critical production incidents as required.
