What this role will own
Managing the AWS Partner Portal and driving AWS certification programs across India
Leading AI certification initiatives across teams and functions
Designing and managing technical learning paths aligned to business capability needs
Driving tech trainings, certification journeys, learning campaigns, and enablement programs
Partnering with business leaders, SMEs, trainers, and external partners for end-to-end execution
Large-scale communication, coordination, learner engagement, reporting, and program governance
Were especially looking for someone who:
Has strong experience of 3-6 years in technical L&D / certification-led capability building
Has hands-on exposure to AWS certifications / cloud learning ecosystem
Has implemented and actively used Microsoft Copilot in work or learning workflows
Has strong knowledge of the broader AI tools ecosystem (GenAI platforms, productivity tools, learning enablement tools, etc.)
Can independently drive high-volume, pan-India programs with strong stakeholder management
Brings a blend of strategic thinking + execution excellence
