Role Description
Role Description: Sr Associate - Business operations
An Associate ensure accurate execution and trading of new assets and security positions. Build rapport with other Operations Associates to ensure operational efficiencies. Identify inefficiencies and work to implement new processes and procedures to improve quality and productivity.
Role and responsibilities
- Complete clerical and administrative tasks.
- Provide feedback on company policies and procedures.
- Make recommendations for business performance improvement.
- Assist the operations manager in daily management.
- Place inventory and supply orders as required.
- Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations.
- Manage employee schedules and rosters including processing of leave and sick time.
- Understand the expectations of an open position to source and screen candidate.
- Calling the stakeholder managing finance Ops role in the company to get them enrolled for electronic payment.
- Stringent target of making sure that we are able to enroll these suppliers to the platform so that they can start receiving payment electronically.
- Work with various departments and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of each task.
- Project management assistance and Track project deliverables.
- Align calls with stakeholders, note down MoMs.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office application.
- Good excel and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Banking operations.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Business operations.
- Good to have MBA in finance, or relevant finance background, Financial Market research knowledge, Asset management, and wealth management domain knowledge.
