Collections Manager

Key Responsibilities
Execute recovery strategies in the assigned area to meet monthly targets.
Visit delinquent customers in the field and negotiate repayment or settlement.
Coordinate and monitor agency performance; provide on-ground support.
Ensure all field recovery activities follow company policy and regulatory norms.
Regularly update the RCM on recovery progress, challenges, and key cases.
