About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to gain practical exposure to live corporate finance and M&A advisory projects. Youll work closely with senior professionals on financial research, pitch preparation, business development, and evaluating investment opportunities across sectors and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Industry Research & Sector Reports: Assist in preparing detailed sector reports and market landscapes to support client meetings and business development.
• Target Identification & Screening: Research and shortlist potential acquisition/fundraising targets or investors using public data and financial databases.
• Pitch & Marketing Material: Support in creating pitch decks, teasers, and company profiles used in client presentations.
• Business Development Support: Help manage outbound communication, maintain CRM updates, and prepare background notes for meetings.
• Financial Research & Analysis: Assist with basic valuation benchmarks, company financial summaries, and deal comps.
• Learning & Development: Build your understanding of cross-border transactions and corporate finance strategies through active involvement in live mandates.

Who Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or financial research.
• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of databases like PitchBook, Capital IQ, or similar is a plus.
• Strong interest in finance, deal-making, and global markets.
