Key Responsibility:

- We are looking for an Associate Manager who brings a strong blend of strategic thinking and execution rigor.

- This role combines hands-on client solution implementation with ownership of new module conceptualization, rollout, and GTM support.

- You will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring that next-gen capabilities are aligned with client needs and business outcomes.

- Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI solutions is preferred.

- Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams to gather, document, and manage business requirements

- Lead end-to-end client delivery: from discovery, documentation, and sprint planning to UAT sign-off and client onboarding and other related deliveries

- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and successful adoption of digital solutions

Product Conceptualization & Feature Evolution:

- Collaborate with product leads to conceptualize new AI-driven modules, features, or enhancements

- Conduct domain research and user journey mapping for proposed features

- Own documentation and workstream planning for internal deployment

- Work on internal product rollouts, documentation, and team enablement

Go-To-Market & Commercial Support:

- Craft feature positioning, functional FAQs, and client-facing decks for new capabilities

- Support solutioning in pre-sales conversations, RFPs, and PoCs

- Partner with GTM teams to align value propositions with industry pain points

Must Have:

- Bachelors degree in engineering and MBA (preferably with exposure to AI, data, or healthcare)

- 4 years of experience in business analysis or consulting primarily in a client-facing role

- Proven ability to create client presentations, BRDs/FRDs, write user stories, and drive delivery with agile teams

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

- Experience working in a matrixed setup with product, sales, and delivery teams

Good to have:

- Background in life sciences or digital health platforms

- Familiarity and experience working with AI/Generative AI based solutions
