Financial Markets Recruiter

What role you will play in team: Source, screen, and place candidates for roles within financial markets.

What you will do: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for financial markets roles.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing their skills and experience.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• 
  Negotiate salary and benefits packages.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and clients.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within financial markets.
• Strong understanding of the financial markets industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
