Job Description
What role you will play in team: Source, screen, and place candidates for roles within financial markets.
What you will do: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for financial markets roles.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Screen and interview candidates, assessing their skills and experience.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and clients.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within financial markets.
- Strong understanding of the financial markets industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
