Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll source, screen, and place top-tier candidates for our clients in the finance and investment sectors across India.
What you will do: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels (databases, LinkedIn, networking).
- Screen and interview candidates.
- Manage candidate communication and expectations.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment within the finance industry.
- Strong understanding of the finance and investment landscape in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong networking abilities.
