Recruitment Specialist - Finance & Investment

What role you will play in team: You'll source, screen, and place top-tier candidates for our clients in the finance and investment sectors across India.

What you will do: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels (databases, LinkedIn, networking).
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Manage candidate communication and expectations.

• Negotiate salary and benefits packages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment within the finance industry.
• Strong understanding of the finance and investment landscape in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
