Senior Asset Management Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across the asset and wealth management sector. This will include developing strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

What you will do: Source, screen, interview and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will also manage job postings and maintain candidate databases.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer letter.

• Maintain accurate records of all candidates and interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the asset and wealth management sector.
• Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
