Job Description

    Free Workshop
    You will be responsible for serving as the Custodian for the ATM Network in the designated region. Your daily tasks will include following up with vendors, CRA, OEMs, and other stakeholders. You will also be required to liaise with internal teams such as Marketing, Supply, Finance, and Projects. Your role will involve driving closure of FLM/SLM calls and generating daily reports for analytics to identify and address long pending issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying root causes and providing permanent fixes for prolonged issues, as well as RCA on part replacement calls and non-adherence of SLA by vendors.

    Your main goal will be to ensure maximum system availability for customers with minimal disruption to transacting systems. You will drive Process & Quality programs for ATM operations and oversee the timely performance of periodic maintenance activities. Moreover, you will be expected to identify opportunities for improvement by measuring key performance indicators and implementing necessary actions to enhance the overall efficiency of ATM operations.,
