Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate faculty member in Jewellery Design to teach and mentor students at undergraduate, postgraduate, and short-term program levels. The ideal candidate should bring a blend of academic insight and practical industry experience, with strong expertise in jewellery drawing, rendering, design theory, and software applications. Must have an in-depth knowledge of Jewellery Drawing & Rendering, coral draw, design development and design theory. This role involves curriculum development, student engagement, academic administration, and a commitment to continuous innovation in teaching methods.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Jewellery Design / Product Design / Applied Arts / Fine Arts from a recognized institution.
- Candidates with additional certifications in CAD or Design Technology will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in the jewellery industry and academia.
- Prior teaching/training experience in jewellery design is essential.
- Exposure to design exhibitions, commercial product development, or custom design projects will be an added advantage.
