Role Description
- Memory systems - cache and 3D DRAM
- AI accelerators
Contributions expected to multiple ongoing and planned collaborative projects at IIT Delhi with NXP Semiconductors, RSystems Centre of Excellence, Intel, Baya Systems, and NSF-Meity.

Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters/PhD in CS/EE/related areas.
- Proficiency in C++/Python
- Experience with gem5 or other processor simulators
