Sales And Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for industrial
products.
? Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitor activities, and
pricing trends.
? Prepare quotations, proposals, and order confirmations in coordination with internal
teams.
? Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support efforts to acquire new
customers.
? Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
? Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely order execution.
? Maintain accurate records of sales leads, marketing activities, and customer
interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
? Generate MIS reports and marketing performance summaries.
Key Requirements:
? MBA in Marketing or Graduate in Science/Engineering with relevant experience.
? 23 years of experience in sales and/or marketing within industrial/manufacturing
sectors.
? Good understanding of industrial products and applications.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
? Willingness to travel for client visits and exhibitions.

? Ability to analyze market data and provide insights.
