Indifly - Manager/Lead - Social Media

- We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager / Lead with 7-10 years of experience to develop and execute impactful social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

- Create engaging content, campaigns, and visuals tailored to target audiences.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media initiatives with business goals.

- Build and maintain the brand's online presence and community engagement.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

- Manage and mentor junior social media team members.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in social media management, preferably in marketing or communications.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.

- Proven ability to plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication abilities.

- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring ROI and campaign performance.

- Up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
