Job Description
- Crew matters: Preparing initial data and other groundwork for leadership pilots to handle the crew discipline case
- Handling pilot’s dead head allowance: Maintaining Monthly reports for discrepancies. Sharing regular inputs with payroll team and closing cases with pilots
- Addressing catering related issues: Sharing and discussing the requirements and meals upliftment feedback with catering team. Review cyclic menus and goody bag contents from time to time. Framing festival menus to make for flight crew on special occasions
- Maintaining Annexture A, B, C in pilot handbook: Regular upkeeping of c-notam Important airline contact Numbers & cockpit menu & Goody bag (summer & winner) on weekly basis or as and when received an update.
- Coordinating leadership meetings: Responsible for maintaining minutes of the meeting & taking forward their feedback to the right departments and sharing timely closures and closing loops with them.

- Managing pilot upgrades (IJP, technical upgrade): Keeping pilot records and facilitating internal vertical clearances with HOD
- Looking after pilot hotel and accommodation : Working closely with admin, crew logistics and procurement team to address hotel related issues for pilots. Maintaining hotel checklist, pilot feedback and closures shared.
