Lead Data Analytics

JOB PURPOSE

• The primary purpose of this role is to leverage advanced statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The role focuses on developing and implementing predictive models, algorithms, and simulations to address key business challenges, optimizing processes, and improving overall decision-making within the organization.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets using statistical techniques to derive meaningful insights and trends.
• Develop predictive models, algorithms, and simulations to address business challenges and improve decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, design experiments, and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve analytical methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Design and implement ETL processes for data transformation and preparation

• Manage data pipelines for analytics and operational use
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources and systems
• Collaborate with data scientists to support Data algorithms and analytics.
  

Skills And Knowledge
Educational

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  

Desired Experience

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and modeling.
  

Skill Set Required

  Get Hired
  Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience on Snowflake/MSSQL / NoSQL databases/Data Bricks.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience on SQL Scripting with bit of admin experience
• Strong knowledge of query optimization techniques & performance tuning.
• Familiarity with stream processing systems using Kafka.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience working in Airline Industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
