Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will exclusively focus on managing IT, Digital, and Technical requirements for MNCs, Start-ups, and GCCs. This role requires you to work hands-on in critical Leadership roles. You will be responsible for owning and managing the entire process end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as Headhunting, job boards, social media, and networking to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates for IT positions.
- Evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Tailor recruitment strategies based on market insights and client requirements.
- Efficiently manage candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a low backout ratio.
- Develop, own, and implement delivery strategies to maximize revenue.
- Oversee daily tasks related to addressing customer needs, concerns, and maintaining account activities.
- Ensure timely update and sharing of designated dashboards and maintain 100% compliance with internal ATS and tools.
- Proactively establish and expand a diverse network of industry professionals and potential candidates through various channels.
- Gather market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor insights to understand candidate preferences, skill sets in demand, and emerging talent.
- Represent the organization positively within industry networks, promoting the employer brand to potential candidates.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the staffing industry and invest in self-learning to impact revenue, productivity, and profitability.
- Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement, assess recruitment processes regularly, and enhance efficiency.
- Understand and effectively use recruitment metrics and analytics tools, following all SOPs in the company.
- Perform other tasks and special projects based on business requirements.

Qualifications Required:
- 8-15 years of recruitment experience with a track record of managing recruitment.
- Experience in IT roles within BFSI, Start-up, Product, GCCs industries, with expertise in the staffing industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Full-time graduate with an overall first division.
- A master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.,
