Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Solar Sales role located in Bengaluru South. The Solar Sales professional will be responsible for directly engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solar solutions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, managing sales pipelines, conducting product presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including experience with sales pipelines, lead generation, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions and provide product education to clients and team members.

  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability to understand client needs and market trends.
  • Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software, along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
