Job Description
- As a Manager Media Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the media team to ensure the company's effective media presence and brand reputation management. Your role will involve leading the team in strategy development, planning, tactical execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
You will manage and supervise the media team on a day-to-day basis, guiding them in strategic media planning and execution. It will be your responsibility to train, motivate, grow, and evaluate team members. Additionally, you will analyze relevant media channels and outlets, develop budgets and flowcharts, and recommend tactical implementation and timing.
Your daily tasks will include managing digital media plans, developing recommendations, execution details, and budgets. You will lead the development of client presentations from a media perspective and research and implement new techniques and technologies relevant to client media strategies. Drawing insights from campaign results will be crucial, as well as maintaining a dialogue with clients and internal teams on strategic implications.
As the organization's media liaison and formal spokesperson, you will identify press opportunities, develop content for various distribution channels, and ensure key messages align with business strategies. Conducting press conferences and briefings, monitoring media trends, and negotiating competitive deals with media channels will also be part of your responsibilities.
You will supervise marketing staff, set deadlines, workloads, and goals, and monitor analytics to ensure effective performance. Building long-term relationships with media influencers, managing the organization's media budget, and promoting projects to support new launches will also fall under your purview.

To qualify for this role, you should have a total of 12-15 years of experience and hold an MA in Media, Public Relations, Communication, or a related field. Excellent organizational, time management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills are essential, along with a strong connect in the media industry.
