Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for General Manager Sales Marketing based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The General Manager of Sales Marketing will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to sales, sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Sales Marketing to join our team at Indismart Hotel, International Tower Sector 5 Salt Lake City, Kolkata . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, and ensuring the hotel meets its sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 3/4-star hotel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Sales Operations and Team Management skills
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
