Job Description

Home.LLC is looking for a CRM Specialist and Outreach Strategist: Driving Automation and Client Engagement
Job Responsibilities
  • Be the backbone of securing clients and strategic partnerships by writing and tracking 1,000 cold reach-outs to institutional investors and clients in CRM within the first 30 days, assessing fit with Home.LLCs capital markets needs.
  • Expand the million-dollar pipeline by building relationships with more family offices and HNWIs through personalized outreach and organic inbounds from Instagram and LinkedIn. artnerships with real estate firms, financial institutions, and complementary businesses in the first 3 months to drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Enhance the automation strategy for cold reach-outs targeting institutional investors at key real estate conferences. Focus on connecting with potential clients who are aligned with Home.LLCs + Homie.
  • Continuously research and engage with potential leads/customers interested in Homie, identifying at least 20 new leads per week and engaging with them through personalized outreach or content sharing.
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities with complementary businesses and organizations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to create collaborative solutions that benefit Homie and Home.LLCs long-term growth.

    Proficiency in CRM Tools:Demonstrated experience in managing and tracking high-volume outreach campaigns (e.g., 1,000+ cold reach-outs) within CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Automation Expertise: Strong knowledge of outreach automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Outreach.io, or LinkedIn automation platforms) to streamline and optimize cold reach-out strategies, particularly for engaging institutional investors and real estate clients.
  • Empathetic Communication with Active Listening /Customer-Obsessed Mindset
  • Record or publish content to provide financial advice to family offices & HNWIs/ Results-Focused & Ownership Mentality + Analytical Mindset
  • Comfortable working US hours
