Founder’s Office (Indian Stocks Strategy & Growth)

INDmoney is looking for an entrepreneurial individual to work with the co-founders to drive the strategy and growth for the Indian Stocks Broking business of INDmoney. The individual will directly work with the co-founder to build out strategies to scale the business.

It is the perfect role for someone who enjoys capital markets, growth hacks, multi-tasking, problem-solving and setting up scaled processes and has clear aspirations to be a leader/ business head or pursue entrepreneurial interests.

The ideal individuals should be highly data-oriented with a massive bias for action. They should be self-motivated, with the ability to execute efficiently on multiple simultaneous threads, and at the same time be comfortable with ambiguity.

Requirements:-

• 3+ year&aposs experience in similar roles/strategy roles/ P&L / Product roles.
• Strong with problem solving.
• Should be passionate about Indian capital markets and be able to come up with and execute out-of-the box growth strategies.
• Comp Science Engineering Degree/ MBA/ bachelor&aposs from top-tier institutes. Distinguished performance at a top university.
• Strong familiarity with FinTech/ Financial Services.
• Strong Project management skills: Ability to track multiple projects or priorities at once.
• Extremely strong quantitative and analytical skills.
