Product Manager(Onboarding & KYC)

About the job:

As a PM, KYC, you will drive, develop and scale the onboarding and KYC systems on INDmoney, including delivery of a world-class user experience. Your aim will be to drive conversion funnels as well as deliver a frictionless user experience. You should be customer-obsessed. Clearly identify the problem statements/ gaps and dive deep to create executable solutions. You should have a keen eye for detail, working closely with Engineers, Architects, UX designers, and business folks. Your responsibility is to research and translate industry problems into solutions through the use of technology and data. Your solutions should create a measurable impact on the lives of the consumers.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand customer needs and gaps with respect to KYC and translate the same into well-articulated development requirements and hence scaled solutions
• Adept at understanding multiple use cases and writing complex user stories and workflows
• Leverage data and analytics to constantly iterate product and platform development
• Work with product designers, user experience specialists, back-end Engineers, Mobile app developers to translate the requirements into live products

• Recommend the nature and scope of present and future products and projects by reviewing specifications and requirements; and coming up with new product ideas and execution road map
• Create consumer experience playbooks
• Constantly monitor and improve user funnels

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in managing consumer tech products
• Experience/understanding of NeoBanking/investments/capital markets platforms will be an added advantage
• MBA degree/ Engineering Degree
• Very strong with articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys, multiple use cases, and edge cases
