Job Description
- The Fundraising & CSR Manager/Executive/Consultant position at Indo European Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IECCI) in Bhopal/Remote/Hybrid offers you an exciting opportunity to lead CSR partnerships, fundraising strategy, and donor engagement. If you are passionate about creating social impact through corporate partnerships, this role allows you to work alongside a purpose-driven team dedicated to making real change on the ground.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing CSR funding and donor partnerships, developing compelling proposals, concept notes, and pitches, building and managing relationships with CSR leaders, corporates, and donor institutions, coordinating grant documentation, reporting, and donor communications, as well as staying up-to-date on trends in CSR law, ESG, and fundraising strategy.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 2-8 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, or development consulting, possess strong communication and proposal writing skills, and ideally have knowledge of CSR Rules (Schedule VII), FCRA, 80G/12A, MCA-21. A genuine passion for social impact and stakeholder engagement is essential.
