Assistant Manager - State Accountant

What will you do day-to-day

• Day to day Accounting transactions in Tally-ERP 9
• Ensuring Correct Billing/Invoicing to customers
• Conducting Customers Reconciliations in the markets and resolving the disputes in case of gaps
• Ensuring accuracy with respect to posting of expense to general ledger & accurate cost center
• Manage and execute Operating Working Capital analysis (ageing of receivables, overdue receivables & inventory, noncurrent stock, clearance, accounts payable) by actively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage the P&L for the month and call out for exceptions during the month timely to meet the planned numbers for the month
• 
  Driving the State/Brand-wise Profitability and Investment Analysis and Reporting on a monthly basis to the corporate finance team
  

What are we looking for

• Education: Either B.Com/M.Com/CA/CMA
• Experience: 3 to 8 years
• Preferably from Alcohol or FMCG industry
• Should have hands-on experience in Inventory management
• Knowledge of various returns, bill preparation and entry of purchase bills in Tally.

  Must be excellent at crunching numbers & able to understand the impact of any transaction in numbers terms
• Excellent functional knowledge of accounting systems, processes, fund flow management, statutory compliances, taxation, MIS reporting to senior management
• Must have good oral and in writing communication skills
