Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Scheme Management & Execution:
- Design, implement, and monitor trade schemes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Validate scheme eligibility, ensuring compliance with company policies and market trends.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Payout Processing & Reconciliation:
- Ensure timely and accurate trade payouts, preventing delays and disputes.
- Implement robust reconciliation processes for purchases, stock transfers, and other financial entries.
- Work on reducing bounced entries and improving payout accuracy.
- Audit & Compliance:
- Conduct periodic audits of trade schemes to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Identify risks and implement corrective measures to strengthen financial governance.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports for audit readiness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing trade scheme effectiveness.
- Act as a point of contact for dispute resolution in case of payout discrepancies.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop reports and dashboards to track scheme performance and financial impact.
- Use data-driven insights to suggest improvements in scheme structuring and execution.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of financial reconciliation, trade payouts, and scheme management.
- Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, and Excel-based financial analysis.
- Experience in handling disputed transactions and error resolution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Education: B.Com
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years
- Extensively worked in preparation of P&L and reconciliations with apt understanding of the numbers
- Must be excellent at crunching numbers & able to understand the impact of any transaction in numbers terms
- Excellent functional knowledge of accounting systems, processes, fund flow management, statutory compliances, taxation, MIS reporting to senior management
- Must have good oral and in writing communication skills
