: Bhavya Industries is looking for an Accounts Associate to join their Account & Finance team. This position involves handling various accounting tasks, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Day to day accounting

• Enter posting of purchase, sales, payment, receipt collection & journal voucher.
• Preparation of Monthly Returns and Quarterly returns GST Return Filing, TDS Payment and filing.
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with vendors, resolving any payment-related issues, and handling vendor inquiries. 
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
• Invoice processing and filling
• Maintain cash transactions & petty cash books, preparing cash.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation.
• Preparing Invoices and follow up to the client for payment received.
• Experienced in keeping the records of daily financial transactions.
• Prepare the Accounts finalisation work
• Finalise the days balance prepare and print reports

Requirements:

  Get Hired
  Minimum 3+ years experience in accounting
• Proficient in Tally
• Bachelors or PG degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive, Accountant, or similar role.
• Good Knowledge of GST filing,TDS and labour laws
• Well versed in MS Excel
