Role Overview:

- Lead the end-to-end product business for kitchen appliances across manufacturing, operations, and client relationships

- Drive business growth through strong ODM and OEM partnerships and market-focused product strategies

- Own product lifecycle, profitability, and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead product business strategy and execution for kitchen appliance portfolio

- Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations with a strong focus on quality, cost, and delivery

- Drive new product development in coordination with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams

- Oversee sourcing, vendor development, and contract manufacturing operations

- Ensure alignment between product roadmap, market demand, and manufacturing capabilities

- Drive operational efficiency, process optimization, and cost reduction initiatives

- Monitor product performance, margins, and lifecycle profitability

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across manufacturing, operations, and product management

- Successful execution of ODM and OEM manufacturing programs

Required Experience:

- Minimum 10+ years of hardcore experience in manufacturing

- Strong exposure to kitchen appliances or consumer durable manufacturing

- Proven experience working with OEM and ODM business models

- Extensive experience in client relationship management and key account handling

- Hands-on understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline

- MBA or advanced management qualification preferred
