Junior Operations Executive

What role you will play in team: You will be a vital member of our operations team, supporting daily transactions and ensuring smooth workflow.

What you will do: You will assist in processing transactions, maintaining records, and resolving customer queries, contributing to the efficiency of our banking operations.

Key responsibility:

• Process daily banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all transactions.
• Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the preparation of operational reports and summaries.
• 
  Contribute to the improvement of operational processes.
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Banking, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of banking operations preferred.
