Life Insurance Bancassurance Officer

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for selling life insurance products through our bank branches, building strong relationships with bank customers and achieving sales targets.

What you will do: Identify potential customers, present and sell life insurance products, and build long-term relationships.

Key responsibility:

• Identify and qualify potential life insurance customers among bank clients.
• Present and sell a range of life insurance products to meet customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with bank staff to promote life insurance sales.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  
• Comply with all relevant sales and compliance regulations.
• Attend training sessions to stay informed about new products and sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong understanding of the life insurance industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
