Product & Technology Manager

Role Details

We are seeking a dynamic Product & Technology Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and digital transformation of Business Banking/Small Business Banking products to ensure higher customer engagement and wallet penetration.

The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle focusing on working capital and digital lending solutions while partnering closely with Technology, Risk, Operations, Sales, Compliance and supporting vendors.

Overall

• Assist in defining product requirements for lending and credit platforms, translating business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Own the product roadmap for BB/SBB, including new product development and enhancements.
• Leverage SQL and analytics to generate insights on customer usage, funnel drop-offs, and engagement.
• Participate in system testing, UAT validation, and issue resolution to ensure smooth product rollout.
• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive trends to design differentiated offerings.
• End-to-end product lifecycle management—from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
  
• Continuously benchmark products against peers and refine features, processes, and policies
• Contribute to development of new-age digital lending solutions by incorporating market insights and competitor benchmarking.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to convert product requirements into system features, APIs, and workflows.
• Support enhancement of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and credit decisioning platforms.
• Participate in system testing, UAT validation, and issue resolution to ensure smooth product rollout.
• Analyze user behavior and identify friction points across digital journeys.
• Support development of intuitive and seamless onboarding and credit processing experiences.
• Support backlog prioritization using data-driven recommendations.
• Work closely with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to align on product requirements.
• Support cross-functional coordination during product launches and enhancements.
• Track emerging fintech trends in digital lending, AI-based underwriting, and automation.
• Assist in evaluating third-party tools, APIs, and partnerships for product enhancement.
• Contribute to business cases, product documentation, and management presentations.
• Support product positioning, strategy and investor/leadership communication decks.

Education

Postgraduate / MBA

Work Experience

5-8 years of Work Experience in Product with some engagement on digital lending/program in Banking/NBFC/Tech domain
